IDWCon is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable Convention experience for everyone. Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to unwelcome attention, verbal harassment, deliberate intimidation, stalking, or unwelcome contact via any electronic or social media will not be tolerated. There will be moderators present in each session who will be able to report any harassment or unwelcome behaviour they witness.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a moderator or member of the Convention Committee immediately (email chair@idwcon.org). Please familiarise yourself with how to take a screenshot on your devise and share that with your report.
Your reports of harassment or similar activity will be recorded, and the Chair will be informed. The Convention Committee will discuss the situation internally, as well as with any relevant parties, and a decision will then be made on what action is to be taken. Convention participants violating these rules can be sanctioned or expelled from the Convention at the discretion of the Convention Committee.
Please be aware that not everyone likes their photograph taken. If you wish to download any photos submitted to our platform or to take a screenshot, please ask their permission and respect their wishes if they decline.
We aim to provide a family-friendly environment, so attendees are expected to act accordingly. Please show respect to your fellow members.
